SHIPPING POLICIES

For United States order deliveries, we offer an easy $6 flat rate shipping.

Most of our products are made especially for you when you place an order, so delivering them takes us a bit longer. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for your patience.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the estimated arrival date. If your order takes longer than the initially estimated delivery date, please email our fantastic customer service team at support@unhooksunapparel.com so they can assist you.

RETURN POLICY

Please read below about our return policy before purchasing and initiating a return.

HOW TO RETURN:

If you wish to return your item(s), please email support@unhooksunapparel.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Anything after 30 days will not be approved for return.

Please note that we cannot process direct exchanges for another size or item. However, we can offer you a store credit to purchase your desired size.

Please only return items after getting email authorization from our support team.

Please note that once your Return is approved, you will be responsible for the item's return cost.

This policy is in place because we are still a small company and cannot afford this added expense. However, website orders have the option of purchasing $2.98 Return and Shipping Protection or Re:do. This protection offers a FREE return shipping label should you need to return an item(s).

Customers not purchasing the Return Protection are responsible for the Return Shipping Costs.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.

All discount code items, final sale items, or items purchased with a deal or coupon code (for example, spend xxx get xxx) are final sales and cannot be returned.

Returns must include the packing slip you received with the items. If you don't have access to a printer and have lost your packing slip, you can write your name, order number, and items you are returning. You must include the order number from which each item came. Items returned without this information will not be accepted.

Items returned that smell of smoke or perfume, have pet hair, appear dirty, or have been worn will not be accepted. They must be returned in the same condition we sent them out. Please ensure that the items you send back are in a plastic bag inside the poly mailer or box to prevent them from getting ruined in transit.

Items returned that do not meet the return eligibility will be sent back. Customers will have to pay return shipping to receive the items that cannot be processed as a return.

Returns can take up to 7 business days to process, but we work through them as quickly as possible.

Once your item has been received and processed, you will receive an email alerting you.

If you attempt to return an item that does not meet the criteria stated in our return policy or has yet to be authorized, your Return will not be able to be processed. If we receive your item and cannot process your Return, we will keep your items until you pay for the return shipping so we can send them back to you.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

We attempt to inspect every item before shipping it; however, sometimes, we may miss a defect. If an item you are trying to return is damaged in any way, please let us know via email at support@unhooksunapparel.com and send:

  1. the name of the item or SKU
  2. the order number
  3. provide a photo of the damaged item
